Dereelight CL1H V4

Hi i have a question regarding the CL1H V4.

I understand it can be upgraded with a malkoff M60 drop in.

If this upgrade is done, can the light be run off a 18650 cell and primary CR123s?

the driver in the M60 is not optimized for 18650's at 3.7v nominal, it is a buck-only circuit and therefore it may not run regulated but it would put out something. CR123's or RCR123's with a nominal voltage of 6 or 7.4v would allow the buck regulator to operate in regulation and to spec.
