Dereelight Question

IU ordered a Dereelight CL1H a week ago, and never even got an order confirmation from them, except for the Paypal receipt. I emailed them Friday asking about my order and got no answer.

Where are they from.....should I be concerned yet?

They're like that when it comes to shipping but I bet they shipped already. They don't have an automated system that I know of and tracking is probably not available with their shipping method. From what I've gathered they usually have one big shipping day and I believe that's the end of their week.

Don't worry, their customer service is fantastic.
