Do the MinimagLED 2AA and 3AA use the same modules?

Hi, do the MinimagLED 2AA and 3AA flashlights use the same modules? I was wondering if I could put in a 14500 and a spacer into a MinimagLED 2AA for the same output as the 3AA. Thanks guys.
