does surefire answer email

i feel like i have supported Surefire to the tune of:

2 E2E's
2 M2's
2 U2's
1 Aviator
dozens of batteries.

am I asking too much for them to answer one short email?
 
My personal experience is that they don't really do. You're better off calling them.

If your SureFire Dealer can not help you then calling SureFire is the best way in my opinion.
You could try asking your question here on CPF. We may be able to help or offer you suggestions.

I have emailed Surefire about several issues and they always have responded and
taken care of my problem. I wonder why they seem to answer some but not others?
Go figure.
 
They always answer the phone and are always willing to help. They may just have a shortage of employees on the email side.
 
They've answered all of my e-mails, but calling is definitely the way to go for faster service.
 
I sent an email about 2 weeks ago for a Z57 issue I was having. Got an add in return? Uhhh hows that work? :thinking: Gees I get to call them.:rolleyes:
 
I Emailed them last Saturday and had a reply early on Monday.

I've never gotten a message when calling during business hours, and I'm rarely on hold for more than 30 seconds - this is practically unheard of!
