Looking for a buck/boost driver that can take the output of a 4 cell NiMH battery pack and power 2 power LEDs in series. Does anyone know of such a driver?
Driver needed: 3V-5V Input, ~700mA output @~7.2V

That one won't work. MrNaz needs a boost driver to step 4.8V (nominal) up to 7.2V for the LEDs. The driver you listed is a buck driver, and can not boost the voltage above the input level.

As I wrote before, the TaskLED Fatman might fit the bill. Just depends if the physical size/shape works (0.80" diameter, 0.26" max thickness).
Specs:
- boost driver
- 2.7V to 12V in
- 3V to 16V out
- trim pot can be adjusted to provide 700mA output current
