Energizer lithiums don't fit in titanium ARC?

I just received my titanium ARC. Very beautiful light, I am very happy with it. I tried to fit an Energizer lithium in it because I wouldn't want to risk leaking with an alcaline, and was surprize to find out that it doesn't fit.
To be more precize, it fits in the tube, but when I try to screw the head, it doesn't screw down so far to make contact.
In fact the head sits so high, that the head's o-ring is outside the body of the light! I tried with another lithium and it's the same.
Has anyone had similar problem? Is it normal?

Doesn't sound normal to me. Stick an alkaline cell in there for just a few seconds and be sure an alkaline cell works.

I have an Energizer Lithium in mine. I took off the foam washer, which makes it rattle a bit, so I folded a piece of tape and slid it in next to the battery. No more rattles and it does connect perfectly. You may want to try that...or contact Arc...

Thanks for the replies guys.
I tried several alcalines and they all fit perfectly and the light works great. Its the lithium that has this problem. And the funny thing is that they appear exactly the same in length, it's very weird!
The only thing I can think of, is that the alcalines are a little rounder at their bottom, while the lithium is a little more flat. Maybe that is causing it to sit higher in the tube because the bottom of the arc ti is a little round. I don't know what else to assume.
