I think I have a problem charging the Fenix PD36R.

This light has been little used (a few hours of operation) today I am going to charge the battery a little with its charging cable and with my USB Meter I notice a very fluctuating amperage.
I've never seen anything like this, I tried to change the charging cable, to use a different USB meter, I replaced the battery with that of the PD36 TAC but everything remains the same.
I used to power a 2-port EasyAcc and a 5-port Anker but also a powerbank and the result is identical.
I think the charging circuit integrated in the head is ruined.
Any thoughts on this?

After a few days I post an update.
I wrote to Fenix and sent the videos but they didn't confirm if it was a defect or not they just told me to write to the local importer.
I contacted Amazon and immediately got a replacement that arrived today.
The new flashlight has the exact same current swing when charging, I've never seen this happen on another flashlight before
Now I just have to think that it could be a specific behavior of this model.
The new specimen has a bad tint, I will keep the old one.

I asked Fenix for further explanations, they respond:
"This product uses a new pulse charging technology of our company.
It is not completely constant current charging.
The charging current changes to a certain extent during charging.
This is a normal phenomenon."

The mystery is solved and I happily keep my original PD36R
