ok so it was not really broke, but i did fix it in a way. i was tired of how are it was to turn the little peice on top to turn it on, so first i took some nylogel and lubed the tialcap. Then i went and twisted the peice all the way and and goobed it up with nylogel then twisted in back and fourth till it got in the threads, then i twisetd the twisty peice all the way out and goobed up the threads some more, then i twisted and twisted till it was nice and smooth. now when i turn my glo-toob on it is silky smooth.
i thought i would let all of you know this info, and i dont know why they dont come pre-lubed.
