The deal was made in PM before I could finish the post. I can't reveal the party; however I will state he is busy amassing a herd!

I gave a few weeks for the sale to materialize but I'll keep you in back up until then if you like.

BTW, what's up with no interest in VIPs? These are CPF classics machined by TnC with three stages of efficient regulation through boards by Georges80 which are accessed through a side lever. Paul Otokoyama designed these lights along with MR Bulk who marketed them. These lights were ahead of their time with many accessories I would make available to a buyer. The VIP heads are now interchangeable with the TnC SF series lights.
