My G&P incan scorpion used to be my favorite flashlight, but since LEDs got cheap and popular, it sits on a shelf.
I bought a couple drop-ins from deal extreme and after a month received them. I took out my unibit put it in my drill press and started drilling the head so the drop in would reach through. I got it to fit, but I think the polarity is backwards. I put an 18650 with alligator clips in the bulb and it works. I put a meter in the flashlight and it looks like the barrel is positive and the center conductor is negative. Could this be? This is my first mod.
