I was able to build a couple unique Aleph series lights. These were Industrial Gold Titanium Nitride plated. I was only able to do a couple this time and was very happy with the results. I talked with Don and asked if it was OK to post these here for everyone. These were all built with nice T bin 3W emitters and MM+ wide open converters. All 3 have the high low switches installed. A great looking light. My crappy photos do these no justice. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

The larger head has 4 tritium capsules suspended next to the emitter (I believe Don has posted a MUCH better pic than mine.)

These 3 are for sale if intrested.. The Larger Aleph with Tritium is $275.00 and the Twins are $265.00.

Now for the bad photos...I'm sure Don will post better pics soon. web page web page web page web page web page

Jets, always wanted one of your beautiful piece, I can't miss out on this chance.
I'll take one of the twins /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

These look cool Brock. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif Wish I could afford one /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon23.gif Will you be making more later? How does the coating hold up to wear & scratches?

What rating is the 2-stage tailswitch & any future option for tritium insert in milled slot on the tailcap?

PS. Hey I thot you sold your crappy camera & bought a better one already or is it the photographer that's still crappy? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yellowlaugh.gif

They dont look all that ultra-impressive till you land on that picture with the one in your hand, that way you've got a real good frame of reference for the actual color. Now thats cool stuff. Brock can you have other stuff plated with cool coatings? i might have to sent you a few things if you could get them done for me. For whatever price.

I would like to offer more but do not know if I will be able. I have to wait for holes in the runs to do these (extra) items /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif Sure do look nice though.

This plating is some very tough stuff and Ultra thin,, Give you an idea..they plate high speed drill bits with this stuff. Ever see those expensive gold plated drill bits? This is the stuff.

No..Same crappy camera. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif..Wife bought me an HP..Great camera, but not for this kind of photography.

Giant hands...That's actually a prop hand I use to make Dons lights look smaller. LOL

Thanks Darell...making fun of my large digits

lol, i hope those large digits have time to make more special plated lights.

For reasons too numerous to mention, let alone inappropriate, I know one thing I wouldn't want photogtaphed and "scaled" for size interpretation in that hand!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crackup.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon15.gif It's bad enough you make my lights look dinky!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nana.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crackup.gif
