good cheap hosts for single AAA & 18650 lights?

I have some recent emitters & optics from Cutter lying here just waiting for suitable hosts.

Requirements:
- single AAA host must fit 10.0mm diameter x 9.0mm high optic & mcpcb (11.0mm x 9.5mm is even better)
- single 18650 host must fit 21.5mm diameter x 16.5mm high optic & mcpcb
- easy to disassemble
- OK heatsinking
- OK threads
- simple tube construction (minimal rings, bevels, etc)
- cheap

Nice to have:
- minimal branding
- decent forward-clicky switch (or easy to mod switch)
- decent finish/anodizing

I plan to gut these lights and replace the optic, emitter, and probably the driver.

Do you know of any hosts from DX, KD, etc. that meet these requirements?
