I was just at the Sportsman's Warehouse in Las Cruces, New Mexico by my work. They had Energizer Hardcase Tactical lights (lux version) for $25 red tagged. I paid $68 for mine last year. Here are some other Incridible deals.

It looks like all of these are red tagged and they are selling their current stock only.... once they are gone, they are gone.
I was good and held off since I just bought a E2L. I do not know if all the Sportsman's Warehouses are clearing out old SF lights, or if you could call the Las Cruces one and they would ship to you, but it seems like a pretty good deal to me.
