I see that their prices are good, and shipping is free, but estimated delivery time is a week or two longer than USA suppliers, which is expected, coming from China. I know that shipping times from Kai Domain are surprisingly quick, but I've not yet tried banggood.

Just wondering if anyone has used them, and how it went.

I try to buy from USA vendors with a good reputation, but if they do not have something that BangGood has? Maybe 8 orders over the years.

Last purchase was a couple Convoys with 519a LED's; really quite good. Takes over a week to get it. No one else at the time was offering what I bought, and the price was very competitive.

I've bought a few Jetbeams and my first Convoy from them. Never really had an issue. I only don't use BG anymore because, since I only buy Convoy and Sofirn nowadays, might as well get them straight from the source on Aliexpress.

Bought from them 3 times. No issues. Though another member did once mention occasionally they'll send products that look a bit rough, or they'll cancel an order, no explanation, and refund the payment.

Though again, personal experience has been very good. Just requires patience on the shipping.

I was the same... always preferred to handle and inspect a product prior to purchase 😊

I got all my Convoy lights and parts from Banggood. I like that they have a USA warehouse and you can sometimes select where it comes from. USA is often a little m more expensive but arrives much quicker.

If I could buy Banggood products from Brick & Mortar stores, I would! Used to do just that as a much younger man. But, times have definitely changed. Got sick & tired of feeling foolish, wasting gasoline, putting miles on my car, wasting hours upon hours; just driving to various stores to try and find what I wanted. Screw that! It's just easier to order online, and wait awhile.

Update: I'll never order from banggood again. Yes, they have good prices and they ship quickly. Just hope that you don't have a problem, because their customer service is terrible.

I ordered an RRT01 from them. They shipped it in the tiny factory Jetbeam box without putting it in a larger box and using bubble wrap or packing material of any kind. Needless to say, it was Dead On Arrival when I got it.

The contact forms on their website to open a return ticket, or to do the live chat will not let you submit or open the chat or email for anything regarding after sales or returns. I had to trick them into thinking I was inquiring about a product to buy to finally get an agent to chat.

So I jumped through all the hoops - take photos, take a video, pics of the order, the sku number, etc. They said they'll resolve it in 24 to 48 hours. That was a week ago. I've been emailing them, and did another live chat, and just keep getting the runaround. They try to say they replied, and are waiting for me to reply back, but I tell them I've replied back every day, and they just keep on with the same 24 to 48 hour thing. I submitted the photos and video AGAIN, and the same runaround. Their return emails are the same copy / pasted generic reply every time.

When I ask them the direct question about when will they refund my paypal account, or send me a prepaid label to return the item, they won't answer the question. What a bunch of scheisters.

I contacted Jetbeam. They got back to me the next day and had me to check if the tail cap ring was tight, which it was, but now I probably won't get to talk to them again until Monday. Hopefully they will replace the light, or get some action somehow.

When I placed that order in the middle of the night, half asleep, I had been thinking that they were in CT, not China, but I was wrong. I think that's battery junction. I cringed and had a bad feeling when I realized where it was coming from, and rightfully so. Never again.

Buyer beware. Buy from US suppliers if you live in the US.

Paypal claim! Tell them the seller won't take returns and outline the hassle. Bet you get your refund fast.
I look at all the flashlight and radio porn on Alie and Bangood but that's as far as I go.

With any business there is the age-old "unattainable triangle" of the best price, the best quality and the best service. It's widely assumed one can have, at best, two of them.

Last order from them arrived with the thin plastic mailer wrapped around the box. There was a small tear in the box. Not happy. Not something they did with my previous orders. Won't be ordering from them anymore.
