Usa has no fredoom anymore

Sorry I'm out of my box. But it's true USA isn't free anymore. If I ride my motorcycle I have to wear a helmet. Why? I know how to ride if the morons would pulling out in front of me illl be fine. But it should be my choice helmets such if ya glasses

You say fredoom is gone, why don't you just ride without a helmet and see how that works for you? Surely the local law enforcement have bigger fish to fry.

roads and highways are shared spaces. We don't get to use them "freely", but under the agreement to abide by the rules and regs.
A helmet, seatbelts, and other safety measures help mitigate emergency service use so they are more available to those who need them through no fault of their own.

Seems a good idea to set a good example for the young humans, given how their brains are not developed and will do dangerous things.

I have a regular (non-powered) bicycle and I wear a helmet when riding it. I hate it as well but I don't want to be a meat crayon either.

Wikipedia says that Bisquick was invented in 1930 and consists of flour, shortening, salt, sugar and baking powder (the self-rising ingredient).

When I drive home from work, I often see a guy on a bike, he wears full military bdu, pixel camo, and army helmet, not a motorcycle helmet but an army Kevlar helmet with goggles lol.

Helmets save lives. Sometimes your riding skill doesn't matter if a car runs up you A$$. But I do agree, if you want the risk the government should let you risk it.

Just about every motorcycle owner I know has crashed on one. The ones that haven't know someone who did. They all say "I'm glad I was wearing a helmet". Every single one. It's not an if, but when.

Personally I would never ride a motorcycle with no helmet, and it has to be full face helmet, all after seeing a picture of a biker with entire lower jaw gone in bike accident. even when i had my electric scooter, I bought a full face motorcycle helmet. For bicycle i do not use helmet, thou I probably should, my ebike can do 40mph on one stretch of the road I usually ride that is sloped.
