I have been told it equals the 220 larger thrower in intensity, but it's only drawback is that it's a front clicky. Thoughts?
Has anyone tested the 220 Lumen Dorcy Dive Light?

well no, but I wouldn't dive in the ocean with any light that can't last a couple hours on high...by swimming pool I mean an application that your life is not dependent on the light you are operating.

Your life should never be dependent on a light...take two. You're not going to die even if you only have one and it goes out (not a smart situation to be in however).
