I'll take the White Acebeam L17. Does it come with the USB rechargeable Acebeam battery?

The L17's do not come with a battery, only the L18's did.

is that LED one of the Low CRI XP-G3, that HDS sells as being rated for 325 lumens?

Yes NLT is XP-G3. It is also stated in that way on the HDS website:

NLT 325 lumens, neutral white, longer throw (LIMITED) [Add $30.00] Less...
This (LIMITED) LED produces a calibrated 325 lumens. The beam pattern is the same as our standard 250 lumen LED and thus has a longer throw compared to our wider beam pattern 325 lumen LED. The early-afternoon sunshine white output is around 5000°K. This LED has a color rendering index (CRI) of around 71. Emitter: Cree XP-G3, 3D, S5.
