HDS questions

I am aware of the HDS threads and have spent alot of time reading them but can't seem to find the answer to these two questions, which emitter is in the 120 and 140 lumen models and is the K2 upgrade even worth considering if I am looking for more throw. I am real close to buying one of these and want to know before I dive in
