This simple headlamp came with the Duracell AA 16 pack that I bought about a month ago. Don't know if they are still available. I got mine at CanadianTire. $14.99 CAD + tax.
It uses 3 botton cells directly driving three 5 mm white LEDs. Tighten for on, loosen for off.
Entire unit, including strap and batteries, weighs about 50 grams.
