TK10/TK11 is very easy to change modes on, just loose/tighten the head.

A multimode dropin will have to change modes from on/off clicks.

Your have looked at Dereelight dropin, what about the CL1H from Dereelight, it is in the same class as the Fenix and Surefire your are looking at.

From what you've said, the TK11 seems the best choice.
However, you might also consider the Olight T20 (either version) or T25 (either version).
