Not sure I would want one of these Tactical Impact Devices (TID) on my pocket light -- too close to the family jewels. Has anyone gotten one of these? Any comments?

Sure the TID looks like a lamprey's mouth.... But... I don't think your family jewels will get eaten off. Why not get a holster?

If nothing else, you can make orange juice while using your Surefire.

I just recieved my TID from TAD. I put it on a 6P. I'll report in when there is something to report in about.

Let us know if you can get thru an airport without any hassles...

Oh, and keep track of how many bandages you use each week...

A quick note, don't know if anyone has figured this out yet, you can take a TID meant for the E series and mount it on the tail cap of the full size lights. I have one mounted on my M2 tail cap and it makes a very nice little cattle prod for those who know how to use this little device. It does make the light a little heavy, but this is not a bad thing when used defensively.
