From the most recent flier that I got today: although I personally like "better" calipers, for the price, specially the 6" model is not bad for your 2nd or 3rd caliper ;)

linkie ...

4" = $14.99

6" = $15.99

8" = $29.99

12 = $49.99

I have the six-incher, for the money it can't be beat! (Loses its zero relatively quickly, but it only takes a second to correct it.)

I never considered buying the 12 inch until I was trying to measure a large diameter piece. The 12 inch has longer jaws so it will measure across wider as well as measure longer parts.

They measure OK but I personally can not stand the delayed LCD of these cheap calipers. Also battery life is absolutely HORRIBLE. I went through 2 battery's in a month on one of the units I had. Maybe thats why they come with 2 battery's :)

Same caliper as I got on Ebay for about $20 shipped.

FWIW that "sale" is advertized every time I get one of their sale ads in my mailbox.

Want it cheaper?
