How can I upgrade my S/F A2?

I have a SF A2 and it's pretty wimpy as far as output goes. Can anyone recommend an upgrade that would make it low with 3 improved LED'd around the reflector as it is and a replacement LED to upgrade the existing incan bulb?

I am picturing the low setting as the 3 LED's then "turbo" with a couple of hundred lumens coming out the center.

Any thoughts?
