How do I get a hold of milkyspit?

How exactly do I go about contacting Mr. Milkyspit? I tried writing him a PM but his box is full. I did some searching and it looks like he is a difficult man to get a hold of.

I emailed him on Tuesday and am still awaiting an answer... sounds like he's busy. That's probably a good thing for me right now as it will delay another expenditure!
