How Hard Mod LED and Driver in Jet III Pro ST XP-G...?

Hi, all! I am considering getting a Jetbeam Jet-III Pro ST R5, and finding someone to change the emitter and driver circuit. From the pictures, the head unscrews, which is great. The fact it takes an XP-G means the reflector is probably suited for one, which is also great. My primary question is, how hard is it to remove the driver board from the head, and would it be possible to change to a different driver? No rush on this one, but I am curious.
