New to the forum. I've got a ITP model SC-2 led light. I want to convert it over to a red led for predator hunting. Can I simply swap in a different color led? tried using filters but they kill the brightness and throw. From what I've searched so far I see the led has to be soldered onto a board. Is this done with hand solder gun or what? Anybody have some info or a sticky to read?
