How to choose resistor values for GD boards

If I want a GD750 board, what R1 and R2 values should I choose on that GB blank board page?
Likewise, if I want a GD1000, what values should I plug in?

I think Wayne should have put a reference table on which resistor values to choose for different GD board specs. But he didn't do so. This is very frustrating.
