Identifying wires on harbor freight HId ballast

Not sure what is going on in the photo. Some HID ballast are 3 wire to the igniter. Some others only 2 wires input to the igniter.

Thanks xeray, I think I was just looking at your website? Need to call you about a 75whid bulb and ballst for a divelite. In the pic, the ballast has a black, red and yellow wires coming out of it. I am wondering what the yellow wire goes to, because I would like to bypass the circuit board that shows the batt charge and such.

I think the Ballast has the Ignitor build in, so maybe it is the remote-wire to turn the ballast on and off and the circuit board turns the ballast off to protect the SLA-Battery?

Maybe you can give us a pic of the Circuit bord (layout and component side).
