I'm back and I need help

I haven't been on this forum in awhile and see that technology has come a long way. I ordered an already assembled Aleph 1x123, #2 head, (s) 2 stage cap, nexgen 750 from the Shoppe about 3 years ago and I'm very happy with the light, but I want to upgrade to a cree or similar. I don't know much about putting these lights together and I'm wondering if it's possible to upgrade my current light and if so whats an approx. price and turn around time?

Here is what I'd like if it's possible

Highest output possible for 1x123 body (runtime can be sacrificed)

2 stage if it's still possible

Be able to use a R123

My current light is black

I was very happy with the Shoppe's service, but I don't know if he can help with this or if he is backed up.

The Shoppe has been selling drop in Seoul LE's for the Aleph I and Aleph III but not for the Aleph II. I believe they won't work in the A2 because the reflector is wrong for it. I think the best your going to be able to do at the Shoppe is to buy a complete A19 head that comes with an NG or GD750 or GD 666. Not cheap, but very bright and fulfills all your criteria.

I do have a spare #1 head so that is an option. I would just get the right parts?

Yes, if you have an A1 head, you could get the NG750 Seoul light engine which you will find on this page http://theledguy.chainreactionweb.com/index.php?cPath=43&page=2 but it looks like they are out of stock at the moment. Bummer.
