Hello,
I stumbled across this forum while doing a research project on the Mini Maglite [FONT=arial, helvetica][FONT=arial, helvetica] 2-Cell AA flashlight. There are definitely a lot of experts here on the different parts of flashlights so I figured I might as well ask for some help.

I am looking for any information at all about the manufacturing processes employed in making this model, as well as specific materials used. I have been unable to identify the materials used for the following parts:
108-211 switch assembly
108-038 Reflector
108-046 Clear lens
I have also been unable to track down any suppliers to the company, I understand that they are very secretive, but someone must know.

thank you for your help.

Lol I should be doing a school project instead of helping you but anyways the body is made of type 2 anodised (I think) 6 series aluminum alloy. The lense (proper term window) is plastic. The reflector is coated plastic and the switch assuming its anything like my solitare is plastic. But there's people way more knowageble than me here. Anyways it uses a bi-pin 2.4 volt bulb the newer ones are kryston and the old ones plain nitrogen/argon.

It comes in loads of colour use the search cpf function and look up minimag collection. Tell your parents to buy you one say I need it for a project. and make a auroralite hotwire.

Soon you will come to the light side...

The clear lens/window is probably GE Lexan or equivalent
The switch assembly is a hard plastic of some sort, with copper contacts (molded plastic)
The reflector is plastic that's been sprayed with an aluminum coating
