IR with Envee 120mW

Hey guys, I got a 120 or 125mW Envee (it says 500mw powermax but I know that's just the initial) I bought it from FNinjaP90. Anyways I really enjoy it and I was curious how dangerous it is to look at. I realize it has a built in IR filter but I want to burn stuff and look at what I'm doing perhaps write initials on things. How safe am I?

Should I got ahead and get goggles? If so and you would recommend?
