is it possible for larger head for FM 2C lion cell body running a WA1185

i have a FM 2C lion cell body running a WA1185 bulb with a 9P bezel/head.

i feel the 9P head is restricting the amount of beam that could come out of this light,

is there a turbo head of some sort i can use with this body like the one off the M3T/M4 surefire lights that will fit on the body,

im not to experenced with suefire lights!

How are you running a wa1185 with 2 c li-ions (9 volts)? Unless you are using 3 IMR 16340's in the body.

For a larger head, you can get the KT1 or KT2 turbohead kits from surefire. Only difference is the bulb that comes with them. Also, there is the SRTH that is quite rare.

No. But you could use a WA1111.

The WA1185 will give you ~1,200 lm, and the WA1111 ~800 lm.

They both draw approximately the same current (~3.3A to ~3.5A) but the 1185 works with 3x Li-Ion cells and the WA1111 with 2 cells, so the 2/3rds figure for output is about what you would expect.

1794 is just shy of a 1111, but huge variances in output are possible depending on how you power it. (as with all incans)

According to FM, 1794 is 620ish lumens vs. 850ish for wa1111
