Is surefire 12P real or fake?

I see some available on ebay and branded SF and coming from asia.

it makes me wonder if they are real or fake. I have few 6p versions and when I get extender, it works but its probably 1/2 as thick as original SF, so if the real version exists, I'd get it..

I am guessing no, but please enlighten me either way
