Is a Mag 3c with a 1watt Led bulb in it worth $40.00 I was wondering, They said it will run for 24hrs a day for 2 weeks, on a set of batts

1 watt LED plus 3 C batteries for $40? nah, too much. You can get 3w CREE led runs 1 AA or 2 AA and last 15 to 30 hours on low mode. Smaller and more convenient. Rexlight 2.0 $30, Jetbeam C-LE $39, Fenix L1d, L2d ~$50...etc.

Brand-new Mag 3D with 3w MagLED module is about $36 at Target, Wal-Mart, etc.
