Is this a P60 host?

A P60 has an integrated reflector, whereas that light has what looks like a TIR optic in the head. Description says it has an optic, so my guess is no.

I'd say yes.
Seems to have the size and construction,
but You will have to push that opic and attached led out to get the P60 in.
Possibly there will be no front lens present then (and You will have to get one)
I would look for an incan host, where the LA will be changeable for sure
