Model is LC10-Jt2s which I don't see listed, but apparently is a Jacobs Taper 2 short? I haven't heard of that before. I wonder if you have ever seen an adapter to use this chuck in either R8 or MT3 for the lathe I bought here:
Instead, this thing has a straight arbor that measures .629. No idea what that is for.
