Apologies if I've posted this in the wrong area but this is an ongoing problem that needs addressing fast.
There seems to be a communication problem with Kaidomain in so much as that whoever deals with the email (including Jerry's) is not understanding me.
I have ordered these Q5 Drop-in units before and found them to be excellent, however, the last two that I have received have not been machined to the correct tolerance. The outer alloy ring is too big to fit in any of my mag bodies without being re-machined and the LED mount will not fit in the bulb holder either.
These last two units were ordered about a week apart
so I'm guessing it could be a faulty batch ?
I'm hoping that Jerry will contact me after seeing this
because I'm waiting to receive an address to return them to and an acknowledgement that there is a problem.
