Kroma with SSC-P4 - anyone done it? Beamshots?

I've been kicking around the idea of picking up a Kroma Mil-Spec and swapping the luxeon with a SSC-P4. Has anyone managed such a feat? Was it difficult? Does anyone have before and after beamshots of the mod?
