LarryK Sealed beam Max voltage???

Simple question, hopefully a simple answer.

I am building a LarryK ATM.

What is the most appropriate (Highest but Safest) Voltage to run the Q4559 28v 600w bulb at.

I dont want to overdrive it specifically, however still want to get the best I can out of it.
