Any suggestions for a flashlight to mount to a bike handlebar? Important points are ruggedness, relatively long life (e.g. 18650), (18500)? 4-5+hours ideal, and fairly bright, 120lumens +. Cost should be around $100, and size around 25.4mm, and around 160mm length.
