LED Stinger..any similar lights?

I'm looking for a light that chargers it's batteries while in the tube as the Stinger does, but I would prefer a new generation LED instead of the older 3w. Li-ion would be a big plus too.

Can anyone offer any ideas that meet that criteria? If not, has anyone ever moded a LED Stinger?

Pelican 7060 LED sounds like what you are looking for. I agree the Stinger with the 3w Luxeon lacks which is why I modded mine. SL should have used an SSC or KLC8 LED.

Hey thanks emitter dude! I forgot about the Pelican. If I want to do a P4 mod it sounds like it's fairly straight forward. The LED Stinger is a popular light were I work but the employees look at their light sadly after seeing my lights. For example, my little Orb Ns of course is way brighter than their much larger LED Stingers. They look at me like I came from outer space...lol. I just wanted to see if there was a comparable light that would give them extra lumens but I might end up moding their stingers for them. Thanks again for the help.
