Question about the protected 3500 mAh 18650s Panasonics there, who makes them (i.e. the circuit part) are they any good? The price seems really nice.

what's the catch? They are shipping from China as seems to be the case. I ordered a battery on Ebay from China, never got here and got held up in customs.
