Lidl 6W diving led? light

Does anyone know anything about this light:

It is Lidl.s offer next Thursday in Finland.
I thought that it might have been forsale in other European country earlier.

So which one is it? Led or halogen?

For that price, it's definitely not cutting edge technology.

ceap light to give away as a present for kids,
possibly mechanically rugged, but if the internals survive bumps - who knows
nothing You like to use when a light is needed
(but possibly working a bit and giving light to navigate home - better to have this than to have nothing)
definitly not useful for diving, not even as spare (would You use a mouthpiece from lidl?)

for sure leading to get a better light within short time
