Looking for a 4 aa battery holder that is water tight

Its for a headlamp project. I'd also be interested in any advise on a waterproof box to house a 4aa holder from radio shack in. Thanks for any help.

its a small wonder assest to us, but i cant seems to find in singapore ....

I have seen some cheap incan-headlamps using 4xAA cells. It's water tight and at the front is the window with reflector.
I can remember it has a rubber strap.
Sorry but I can't remember the name.
