There is some interest in my titanium tritium fob design, but I am not close to having the equipment to make them. I was wondering if a local (Orange county area) socal member new of a machine shop that can work with titanium, or if a member is willing to work with me to make the designs.

Thanks for the help.

After consulting B@rt on the trit fob design. Simply drilling out a bore to 4.1mm and using some sort of dampening at the head and tail of the trit tube itself (rubber balls, anything coushy).

The idea is to have the body as 1 piece, and have a threaded top with a ring on it that can be screwed into a tapped hole. Ideally there would be a shelf for the screw to be tightened against so it doesn't actually put more pressure on the glass tube than the rubber ball on either end is.

I have the titanium rod in close enough diameter to only need a mill. A lathe would obviously be the best choice for the 4.1mm center hole.

There is not covering in the "windows" just bear trit.
