machining price qoute wanted (rough estimate)

I have access to a lathe (well, 5 actually) but i cant thread worth crap, nor can i machine stainless steel.

so, i'm looking for a price qoute on the following:

Stainless steel "C" sized "Maglite" tube, to fit the stock head , switch. (tailcap will be a FM SS cap). Simple machined tube, 1/8" thick walls, smooth, no fancy knurling required, just a switch hole drilled, and the ends threaded. Stainless steel can be whatever, i'm not picky, but prefereably something that will polish
