Mag mod help!!!

Ok guys, I have been doing a lot of reading and am really psyched to try and build my own mag mod. I see in posts them referred to as ROP? Ok, what does that mean? And, where do you buy all the parts to build it. I see references to reflectors, lenses, Fivemega battery carriers, KIU sockets and other things. I think I can find the batteries, but where do you find the other stuff? Is there a website out there that has it all? And could someone please link me to a post or site that has instructions for the whole job. Most of the posts I have found deal with only part of the job. Is this something that can be safetly accomplished by most everyone. Is there anything I should be aware of before I start? I thank you for giving me any help/guidance. Thanks!!!

building an ROP is an easy start. All you need to do is source parts and drop them in. No fabrication necessary. Plan on ~$100+ all together for the pieces you need and cells and a charger.
