MagLed Nimh Runtime Graph????

Has anyone done a runtime on a magled(4d cell)with nimh batteries? I wonder if the initial drop in brightness would be somewhat less using nimh?

The drop is due to heat buildup of the LED module (poor heatsinking), so NiMH / Alk will not differ the initial drop in brightness.

MagLed module drops its brightness as it's getting hotter. If you (somehow) can PROPERLY transfer the heat from the LED module to the body, there will NOT be any brightness drop.
