Maglite extensions help?

I was just wondering were you can get Maglite tube extensions for D cell size. I can only imagine that they must exist for I found a lot of other even crazier stuff out there. Any help would be nice. :twothumbs

M*gCharger and "D" size M*g bodies are identical at end and threads.
74mm extension tubes will work (with spacer) as one cell extender.
