I have a few aa led maglites with burnt out leds.
According to the maglite warranty, the leds are not covered.
In the warranty guide it says:
"[FONT=Verdana,Arial,Tahoma,Calibri,Geneva,sans-serif]MAG DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions (countries, provinces, and states) do not allow exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, incidental or consequential damages and/or limitations on transferability, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you."
I'm not a lawyer, but the way I interpret this is that, depending on where you live, burnt out leds may be covered. Am I correct?
